When using Alviena, the following data is collected:

3. Hosting and data transfer
Data is hosted on Google Firebase servers (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland). Google may transfer data to servers located outside the European Union, under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
4. Retention period
Data is retained for as long as the account is active, then deleted within 30 days of the account closure request. Sheets published in public mode may be retained in anonymized form for statistical purposes.
5. Cookies
Alviena uses technical cookies strictly necessary for authentication to function (Firebase Authentication). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:
- Access: obtain a copy of your data;
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data;
- Erasure: request deletion of your data;
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format;
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.

7. Policy changes
