Terms of Sale

1. Seller

Alviena is published by Alexandre Vauthier, sole proprietor, residing at 195 rue Beauvoisine, 76000 Rouen, France.

2. Purpose

These Terms of Sale ("ToS") govern the purchase of the Alviena Pro subscription, which grants access to advanced features of the Alviena web app (chordsheet.app).

3. Offer and pricing

The Alviena Pro subscription is offered at the following rates:

• Monthly: €4.90 incl. tax / month
• Yearly: €39.00 incl. tax / year (i.e. €3.25 / month)

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Alexandre Vauthier is a sole proprietor not subject to VAT (article 293 B of the French Tax Code) — the prices shown are therefore final prices.

Rates may change at any time. Active subscriptions are not affected by a price increase before their renewal.

4. Pro features

The Pro subscription includes:

• Create and manage musician groups (unlimited)
• Real-time synchronized concert mode
• Multi-sheet PDF export of an entire Set (setlist) into a single document
• Unlimited OCR sheet analyses (fair use: 100 analyses/month)
• Pro badge on public profile

The free plan's features (unlimited sheets, PDF export, custom chords, 2 OCR analyses/month) remain accessible without a subscription.

5. Order and payment

The subscription is purchased online via the Alviena pricing page. Payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd), a secure payment provider. Bank details are not stored by Alviena.

The subscription renews automatically at each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. A receipt is issued by Stripe at each renewal.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose performance began with your express consent before the withdrawal period expired.

However, if you have not used the Pro features since subscribing, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting alex.vauthier@gmail.com.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile ("My subscription" section). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refund is issued. Your data and sheets remain accessible after cancellation.

8. Service availability

Alviena is provided "as is". While we do our best to ensure continuity of service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. In the event of a prolonged interruption attributable to Alviena, a prorated refund may be granted upon request.

9. Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Rouen, France will have jurisdiction.

In accordance with article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use the free consumer mediation service. The competent mediator is the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
